Temasek Informatics & IT School conducts diploma courses which emphasise the effective application of technology to improve the lives of people and the work of organisations. To give our students a competitive edge in the industry, we train students with domain knowledge in areas like Finance, Security and Digital Media. We also impart basic communication and management skills.
Supported by dedicated lecturers, the latest resources and electronic accessories, our courses adequately prepare students to meet the rapidly changing demands of the industry.
We believe in preparing our students to be ready to fit into the demands of the industry immediately upon graduation. Through the Student Internship Programme (SIP), we aim to expose our students to the real working world where they are challenged to stand on their own feet to handle real problems and develop life-long skills such as effective communication and interpersonal skills. Such a training programme will not be possible without your support, our industry partners.
As part of Singapore's globalisation drive to ensure our long-term survival, we also encourage our students to perform their internship overseas (Overseas Student Internship Programme (OSIP) to get an edge. You can help nurture our students with an international outlook and global mindset by giving them the golden opportunity to gain practical experience and life skills in a real work environment overseas. By lending a hand in training the future workforce the industry will stand to benefit when you next employ our graduates.
Students are sent out to the participating companies for a stint of at least 16 weeks. A training plan for the SIP and OSIP interns is drawn up by the employers to ensure students benefit from real jobs and responsibilities within these organisations.

If you have an account with us, you can login to this website, select an internship semester, state how many students you want and provide your project specification. Company supervisors and lecturers can monitor the progress of students by using the eSIP system. It enables close supervision and regular feedback. You can request for an account by emailing us at iitsip@tp.edu.sg. Please state your company’s name and contact number in your email.
